With persisting economic problems we are having today many landlords are looking for better ways of making the most out of their life long investments – real estate. In Zimbabwe the banning of forex as legal tender has made circumstances more difficult considering that the tenant is heavily protected by the rent board. Converting a house into a bed and breakfast (abbreviated BnB) service is a panacea for these problems as it has been for many of the landlords across the world. The right property is the one that appeals to the needs of guests.
