Prospecting is looking for business opportunities mostly by working on centers of influence or people who know you well.

The biggest benefit of pre-qualifying is boosting a sales person’s confidence. Pre-qualifying is all about separating the chaff from the wheat by deciding which prospects are worthy a demo or presentation visit. Indeed, there are prospects you should not waste your time on!
3. Going for a listing presentation
Many people can question if paying agent commission is worthy it. This question is answered by going for a listing presentation in which an agent addresses all of the prospect’s queries. Prospects doubting if its worthy paying agents commission can be persuaded to give business because value is a matter of belief.
