Its evident that in recent times churches  have been active as property developers of repute, creating lovely medium density suburbs like the so-called "Maranatha" in Mabelreign Harare west. In deed famous faith healers have hit the headlines clinching lucrative real estate deals that involves thousands of sqaure meters of land.

In Budiriro the Reformed Church is also doing well as they have just completed the roofing of their massive structure (pictured) sitting on approximately  1500 sqm piece of land. It will yet be another imposing landmark in the area after ZAOGA's own large worship center built several years ago.
